Supported Dialer & Call Integrations
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Airspeed can pull in calls from a range of dialers and call recorders. This article explains which integrations are available, how each one connects, and what Airspeed imports.
Native dialer integrations
These dialers connect directly to Airspeed. Once set up, Airspeed automatically pulls in new recordings — no manual steps required.
Dialer | How to connect | What Airspeed imports |
|---|---|---|
Aircall | OAuth — connect via Settings → Organizational → Call recorder | Audio recording, duration, participants, call direction |
Dialpad | API key — generate in Dialpad and paste into Airspeed settings | Audio recording, duration, participants, call direction (User level Call Recordings Only) |
Outreach | OAuth — connect via Settings → Organizational → Call recorder | Audio recording, duration, participants, call direction |
SalesLoft | OAuth — connect via Settings → Organizational → Call recorder | Audio recording, duration, participants, call direction |
Calls via your CRM
If you have HubSpot or Salesforce connected, Airspeed can also pull in calls that your dialer has logged there. This is useful if your dialer is not natively supported, or if you want a single source of truth.
HubSpot
Any dialer that logs calls to HubSpot with a recording URL will work automatically — you do not need a separate dialer connection in Airspeed. Common examples include Kixie, JustCall, RingCentral, and CloudTalk.
Note: Aircall calls logged to HubSpot are excluded, because Airspeed cannot download Aircall recordings via HubSpot. If you use Aircall, use the native Aircall integration instead.
Salesforce
Airspeed supports calls recorded using Salesforce Sales Dialer (Salesforce’s built-in calling product). These recordings are stored as files inside Salesforce and Airspeed retrieves them automatically.
Note: Third-party dialers that log calls to Salesforce as activity tasks (e.g. CloudTalk, RingCentral) will appear in Airspeed’s CRM timeline as call entries, but without audio or a transcript — Salesforce does not expose the recording file in that case.

My dialer is not listed — what are my options?
If your dialer is not natively supported, there are a few paths:
Via HubSpot — if your dialer logs calls to HubSpot with a recording URL, Airspeed will pick them up automatically once HubSpot is connected.
Manual or API upload — recordings can be uploaded individually through the Airspeed UI or programmatically via the API.
