Agent Connections

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Agent Connections let Airspeed Agents read from connected tools when answering questions or running workflows. Connections expand what agents can reference beyond Airspeed's native call and CRM data.

Important: connections are read-only

Agents can only read from connected tools. They cannot create, update, or delete anything through Agent Connections.

Open Agent Connections

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open Connections.

  3. Find the tool you want to connect.

  4. Click Connect and complete the authorization flow.

Note: If you do not see Agent Connections, the feature may not be enabled for your workspace yet. Contact your Customer Success Manager or Airspeed support.

Troubleshooting

The connection failed

Try the authorization flow again. If it continues to fail, contact Airspeed support with the connection name and any error message shown.

The agent does not use the connected tool

Be explicit in the prompt. Name the tool and describe what information the agent should look for there.

The agent says it cannot write to the tool

That is expected. Agent Connections are read-only.
